Cool Box is made of high quality Polyethylene and Polyurethene (PU) as cold air barrier so as not to evaporate out. Cool Box is manufactured using a molding injection system, another advantage of the molding injection system is the smooth cool surface box and has a uniform and strong wall thickness.
Cool Box also has 3 layers, namely: Outer Layer, Middle Layer and Layer In.
Outer layer serves as a cover or protector, which is made of high quality HDPE, so it is possible against impact and UV radiation.
The middle layer is made of super quality PU, where PU as an outlet in and out of hot / cold temperature from inside to outside and vice versa.
The Inner Layer is made of HDPE, which acts as an embedded PU protector inside, also containing an anti-moss material with a slippery surface.
Cool Box as marine equipment can also be used to store food such as meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, ice cubes, cold drinks or frozen seafood. Cool Box can also be used as Vaccine Carrier, Blood Carrier and other needs that require storage of goods to keep fresh and milk maintained. Cool Box is produced with various sizes, tailored to the needs.
