Cool Box is made of high quality Polyethylene and Polyurethene (PU) as a barrier to cold air so as not to evaporate out. Cool Box is manufactured using a molding injection system, another advantage of the molding injection system is that the surface of the cool box is smooth and has a uniform and strong wall thickness.
Cool Box also has 3 layers, namely: Outer Layer, Middle Layer and Inner Layer.

The outer layer functions as a cover or protector, which is made of high quality HDPE, so it is possible for collisions and Ultra Violet radiation.
Middle layer is made of super quality PU, where PU is used as a barrier to get out in hot / cold temperatures from inside to outside and vice versa.
